MIST Therapy is a low-energy, low-intensity ultrasound delivered through a saline mist to the wound bed. The MIST Therapy System is designed to deliver therapeutic ultrasound to the wound bed without direct contact of the device to the body (noncontact).

The goal of wound care specialist Eugenio Rodriguez, MD, and the Nurse Practitioners Kimberly Harris and Steven Trisker at Wound Care Associates is to provide the comprehensive treatment of trauma, burns, and other serious injuries to people living in and around Delray Beach, Florida, and throughout Palm Beach County.
Wound Care Associates has a convenient location and features the latest regenerative technology, including skin biologic therapy with xenografts and autografts, as well as stem cell therapy. There are a variety of surgeons on staff, each bringing extensive expertise in all areas of wound care from general surgery to trauma. Post-Mohs surgery is also available.
Patients of all ages can receive a diagnosis and treatment for diabetic foot problems, including diabetic ulcers, traumatic injuries, and burns. Whenever possible, Dr. Rodriguez uses limb-saving measures, but if necessary, he performs amputations.
